Research Power Incorporated facilitated the transition of a primary care practice from a fee-for-service environment to a collaborative model of care with an alternative payment plan funding model. Work included: the development of a funding proposal, practice plans, deliverables and implementation systems, and processes to capture evaluation data. RPI led the transition through meeting facilitation, planning, change management and team building.

Research Power Incorporated has developed action planning processes with public health in several program areas within a district health authority. These projects included: the development of a common vision, guiding principles, detailed action plans, and success indicators.
