When developing evaluation frameworks for multiple clients, a critical component has been capacity building with organizational members. Recently, RPI delivered workshops in logic model development, organizing and conducting focus groups, and qualitative data analysis. The process included: the identification of learner needs and capacities, and the development and delivery of the workshops based on the unique needs of RPI's clients, using principles of adult education.
