Public-Private Partnership Development for District Health Authorities

Research Power Incorporated researched, identified, and developed a public-private partnership working group to facilitate the identification of common cross-sector organizational objectives that are related to health and health care delivery. RPI's team developed processes and mechanisms for key stakeholder engagement which created an opportunity for dialogue and to explore strategic alignment. RPI produced timely meeting reports that summarized key observations, next steps, and timelines.

Partnership Development: University Based On-line Continuing Medical Education

Research Power Incorporated helped to identify and to build a business case for corporate investment to support an on-line continuing medical education web portal in order to enhance the learning opportunities for health care professionals across Canada. Key deliverables were: stakeholder consultations, identification of strategic alignment, and development of proposals to secure funding. RPI also provided facilitation of the process for course content development.
