RPI is supporting a review of the Nova Scotia workers’ compensation appeals system, led by independent chair Douglas Reid.
The appeals system plays a critical role in ensuring fairness and confidence in workers’ compensation. The review will focus on strengthening fairness, accessibility and efficiency across all levels of appeal.
As part of the review process, workers, employers, advocates and members of the public are encouraged to share their experiences with the appeals system and ideas for improvement.
